If you need to reduce the light in an image, just create a layer going forward in the History panel or go backward in the Layers panel and then lower the Opacity setting of that layer so that it looks as if less light is being emitted.

The biggest change is that the interface has been reworked. When first opening Photoshop Creative Cloud, the Home Shortcuts pane has been removed. I’m currently working on a book about creating great social media images. In this project, I’ve been using the new brush feature from Photoshop.
