caffe italia libro dello studente 2The present invention relates to a stencil printing machine which prints by image transfer of a stencil master formed on a base foil. More particularly, it relates to a stencil printing machine of the type wherein the base foil is pulled out from the machine after having been printed.
The present invention also relates to a base foil transferring apparatus which holds the base foil as it is transferred to a next stencil printing section, and, more particularly, it relates to a base foil transferring apparatus wherein the base foil is kept in close contact with an adhesive tape, attached to a pull-out means, to prevent any slip-off of the base foil.
The present invention further relates to an ink replenishing mechanism for a stencil printing machine for replenishing ink by means of a replenishing inlet when any ink in the printing machine has been consumed.
In a conventional stencil printing machine, upon the printing operation of a stencil master on a printing paper by a printing head, when the printing paper is pulled out, the surface of the stencil master is separated from the surface of the base foil, and therefore, there is a fear of drying and fixing of ink on the surface of the base foil. There is also a fear that if the printing paper is stored in the printing machine, the ink formed in the printing section may spread.
Conventionally, there has been employed a system wherein the base foil is made to pass through the printing section after the stencil master is mounted on the printing head, and ink is then fixed. However, in order to realize such a system, it is necessary to provide a special system wherein a stencil master and the base foil are wound around a roll or a plate, and then, they are unwound, and both are sequentially drawn out.
For this reason, in order to stably accomplish the printing operation, a running speed of the stencil master must be low, and it is difficult to enhance the printing speed.
In order to obviate the above described problem, a stencil printing machine has been developed wherein the stencil master is formed on the base foil, and then, the base foil is moved to a next stencil printing section, where the printing operation is performed.
